To close your yyy9 account, contact support@yyy9.ws and request account closure. Before closing, ensure any remaining PKR balance is withdrawn. If the reason you want to close your account is related to problem gambling, consider using the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings — it may better serve your needs than permanent closure.

The minimum deposit at yyy9 is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on deposits, though your selected payment method may have its own daily transaction limits.
