yyy9 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

The following terms carry the meanings defined here throughout this document and all related yyy9 policies.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any game or service offered through yyy9, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use yyy9. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and maintain an account at yyy9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
• You must be registering as a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts, agency registrations and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of any employee or contractor of yyy9.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure without return of funds.
• You must not hold an existing yyy9 account or have previously been excluded from yyy9 through the self-exclusion process.

yyy9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Where verification is requested, your account may be restricted until satisfactory documentation is received. Failure to provide documents within 14 days of a request may result in account suspension.

If yyy9 discovers that a user has provided false information, the account will be closed immediately. Any balance at the time of closure — including winnings — may be forfeited where fraud or material misrepresentation is established.

Each user may hold one account only at yyy9. Opening multiple accounts — under the same or different names, phone numbers, payment methods or devices — is a violation of these terms. yyy9 uses automated and manual detection to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all but the oldest may be closed without notice, and balances may be confiscated where abuse is established.

You are solely responsible for all activity on your yyy9 account. This includes keeping your password secure, not sharing login credentials with others, not allowing others to use your account, and ensuring your contact details remain up to date. yyy9 will not accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the cause was the user's failure to protect their login credentials.

Inactive accounts — those with no login, deposit, bet or withdrawal activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to an administration fee of Rs 500 per month applied to the remaining balance. You will be notified by email or SMS before any fee is applied, giving you the opportunity to reactivate your account. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

yyy9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit at yyy9 is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in the case of mobile wallet transactions and within standard bank processing times for IBFT transfers. yyy9 does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are not yyy9's responsibility.

All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving funds deposited by a third party, is not permitted and will trigger an investigation that may result in account suspension.

yyy9 reserves the right to carry out anti-money laundering checks on deposits. Where checks are required, your account may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome. If a deposit is found to originate from unlawful activity, it will be frozen and referred to the appropriate authority.

Withdrawals from your yyy9 real-money balance are available to all verified account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

Processing times for withdrawals at yyy9 are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically under 15 minutes, subject to the wallet provider's own processing.
• IBFT bank transfer: Same business day if submitted before 3:00 PM PST; next business day otherwise.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.

yyy9 does not charge withdrawal fees. Before a first withdrawal is processed, yyy9 may request identity verification. This is a one-time requirement and is designed to protect your account and comply with applicable financial regulations. Providing accurate documentation promptly will ensure the fastest possible processing of your withdrawal.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money balances — including winnings that have met applicable wagering requirements — are eligible for withdrawal.

All bets placed at yyy9 are subject to the rules applicable to the specific market at the time the bet is accepted. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant rules for that market.

The following general betting rules apply across all yyy9 sports and esports markets:

• A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen acceptance confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your balance. No verbal, chat or any other confirmation constitutes a valid bet.
• Bets placed on markets that should not have been available — due to technical error, corrupted odds feed or operator error — may be voided. In such cases, your stake will be returned in full.
• yyy9 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market and any individual account at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• Bets placed after an event has started will be voided unless the market was specifically offered as in-play.
• Where results are disputed by the governing body of a sport, yyy9 will wait for the official ruling before settling the relevant market. This may take longer than the standard settlement window.
• Winnings from accepted bets are credited to your account balance as soon as the market is officially settled.
• The minimum bet at yyy9 is Rs 200.

yyy9 takes the integrity of sports and esports seriously. Any bet that yyy9 reasonably suspects to be placed with prior knowledge of a fixed result, or as part of a coordinated scheme to exploit the platform, will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

Live casino games at yyy9 — including Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Poker and related titles — are operated by professional dealers using physical cards and equipment under continuous video monitoring. The following rules apply to all live casino activity at yyy9:

• Bets placed after the dealer has announced "no more bets" will not be accepted by the system and no stake will be deducted. If a technical fault causes a bet to be accepted after this point, the bet will be voided.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the result stands as recorded by the game server. If yyy9's servers experienced the interruption, the round may be voided at yyy9's discretion.
• Game results are determined by the physical outcome — the cards dealt. The video stream is a representation of that outcome and is not the definitive record; the game server log is.
• yyy9 live casino minimum bets start at Rs 500.
• Malfunctions — whether in the stream, the dealing machine or any connected software — void all related play. yyy9 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

Attempting to exploit any game logic, latency in the live stream, or interface anomaly to gain an unfair advantage is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

yyy9 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all yyy9 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is prohibited.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be bet a specified number of times before any portion can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds are removed from your account when the deadline expires.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories or markets, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• yyy9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• If yyy9 determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means — including but not limited to false registration, account duplication or collusion — the bonus, any associated winnings and the account may be suspended or closed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on yyy9. Engaging in any of them is grounds for immediate account suspension, closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

yyy9 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income, escaping problems or chasing losses. The following tools are available to all yyy9 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps via account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set a timer that will alert you after a chosen duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your yyy9 account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in to bet or play.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of six months. This is a serious and irreversible commitment for the exclusion duration.

If yyy9's responsible gaming monitoring identifies patterns that suggest a user may be gambling beyond their means, yyy9 reserves the right to apply account restrictions, initiate a welfare conversation or refer the user to external support services — without requiring the user's consent to do so.

yyy9 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and customer support. All data processing is governed by the yyy9 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment credentials — including Easypaisa wallet numbers, JazzCash details and card information — are never stored on yyy9 servers.
• All data transmitted to and from yyy9 is encrypted using 256-bit SSL.
• Identity documents submitted for verification are stored only for as long as required by applicable regulations and then securely deleted.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data yyy9 holds about you by contacting support@yyy9.ws.

All content on the yyy9 platform — including but not limited to the yyy9 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images and data feeds — is the intellectual property of yyy9 or its licensed suppliers and is protected accordingly.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use yyy9 for their own entertainment in accordance with these terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying or distributing any yyy9 content for commercial purposes.
• Creating derivative works based on yyy9's platform or content.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of any yyy9 software.
• Scraping, data-mining or systematically downloading any data from yyy9.

yyy9 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While yyy9 takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous, error-free service, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical faults beyond yyy9's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to a user's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Losses arising from a user's reliance on inaccurate information displayed due to a third-party data feed error.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind, regardless of cause.

In all cases, yyy9's total liability to any individual user for any claim arising out of or connected with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yyy9 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, yyy9 will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on their account at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing rules and changes required by applicable regulation — may take effect immediately without individual notification. The current version of these terms is always available at yyy9.ws/terms-conditions.

Continued use of yyy9 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are the complete agreement between you and yyy9 regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings, whether written or verbal.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the agreement. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

If you have a dispute with yyy9, please contact our support team at support@yyy9.ws in the first instance. yyy9 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. We will always attempt to resolve disputes fairly and promptly at the first point of contact.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, yyy9 will engage a neutral third-party dispute resolution process. Details of the applicable process will be provided at that stage.
